ISADORA

OVERVIEW

Just arrived: Isadora was built by us in 2007 and is currently with her second owner from new. Used primarily as a cruising/holiday boat but was specified for liveaboard use when built. 

She has a reverse layout with the lounge at the stern. There is L shape fixed seating which converts into a double berth when required and has a removable oak table on desmo legs. There are elegant hand crafted curved cabinets and space for free standing furniture. The flooring is solid oak (not laminate) laid over 18mm marine ply.

Beyond the roomy lounge is the offset galley, boasting solid granite worktops, eye-level oven and grill, 12 volt fridge a washing machine 4 burner hob and a set of side doors! 

Storage is well catered for with magic corner units fitted to the cupboards and even a bespoke built in wine rack!

Moving to the bathroom which is walkthrough to give maximum space for changing however designed in such a way it could be converted to an offset corridor type if required! 

Full height quadrant shower with sliding doors, vanity unit with granite worktop and a Tecma pump out toilet with 100 gallon waste tank capacity! The floor is tiled as it is in the galley.

The Bedroom is at the bow, with a fixed 4ft double bed that can extend to give a full size double if required. 

Storage over and a very large double wardrobe with sliding doors.

Hardwood steps lead into the covered cratch area with seating on either side.

Steel 12/6/5/4 BS43a grade steel

All Internal profiles are 25.25.3 box section for the cabin sides and top, 60x60x6 angle section for the baseplate support and 60x60x6 angle section for the hull sides.

The angles which brace the baseplate are spaced at 400mm (15.5”) to give extra strength rather than the 600mm (24”) most builders use.

An extra guard or rubbing strake below the waterline the full length of the boat for additional strength and protection. All rubbing guards are continuously welded top and bottom.

The hull interior has been completely primed after construction prior to spray foam insulation. 

The base plate has been blacked from new.
